Our Commitment

New Moon Nails and Spa wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and book appointments. We are working to improve the accessibility of our website and aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome your feedback.

What We Are Doing

On the parts of the website we control, we work to:

• Support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard-focus indicators
• Use semantic headings, landmarks, and page structure
• Provide alternative text for meaningful images
• Maintain sufficient color contrast and not rely on color alone
• Support browser zoom and mobile text resizing
• Provide a “skip to main content” link

Online Booking

Our online booking is powered by Everwood, a third-party booking technology provider. Because the booking widget is provided and maintained by Everwood, we do not fully control its internal accessibility. We have shared the importance of accessibility with our provider and continue to review the booking experience.

If you have any difficulty booking online, you can book by phone during business hours. We are happy to help you schedule, change, or cancel an appointment.

Known Limitations

Some content and third-party features, including the Everwood booking widget and the embedded Google Map on our Contact page, may not be fully accessible in all situations. We continue to review and improve the accessibility of these experiences.
